Council Meetings are held the second & fourth Wednesday of each month at 6PM unless there is a schedule change.

The City of Keyser is the county seat of Mineral County, West Virginia.

It is part of the ‘Cumberland, MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area’. The City of Keyser was incorporated on February 3, 1913.

BULLETIN

Citizens who have not received their most recent water and/or sewer bill may call 304-788-1511 to get their account balance or stop by city hall for account information or a copy of their bill.

The City of Keyser is still accepting applications for lifeguards. Applications can be picked up and dropped off at City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

If you are a returning lifeguard from last season, please stop in City Hall to get the necessary paperwork filled out as soon as possible.

If you are 15 years old (must be 15 before June 1st), you will need a work permit
